Seller sends return shipping label
I bought an item from a seller that was advertised as New, it arrived USED and broken. I reached out, they offered 5%, then 10% and then 35% refund if I didn’t return. I spent 136.00 on a unusable item and continued asking for refund and return. The item came with an Amazon LPC label where it was returned. Clearly the seller is outside the US, only responds around 1 am.
they sent me a return shipping label for 2 pounds, this box was shipped is 35 pounds, what do I do?
hold out til 1/30 and get EBAY involved or get them involved now and file a claim with PayPal since I paid using PayPal?
any advice or help is greatly appreciated appreciated.

·8 months agoYes, file the INAD claim. Let the buyer know they must provide you with a proper usable label. If they don't, then after 3 days ask eBay to step in and let them know you were never provided a usable label for the return

·8 months agoFirst, open a return for "Item Not As Described" stating it was supposed to be new and arrived used/broken. The seller can either send a label through the return or issue a full refund. If you return it, you will be covered under eBays money back guarantee for INAD. If they refund you, then you wont have to send it back. And if they choose to do nothing, then you can eventually escalate it to eBay who will then refund you.

Don't file a claim with PayPal just yet. Sadly, that's the only advice I have to offer, considering your circumstances. 🤔
Sit tight for other posters with knowledge/experience of such. Hang in there and good luck.
