Seller refused my return on shoes that don’t fit…..WHY? They closed the request?
I purchased a pair of Addias that don’t fit. Their add has a return availability, but they closed my request. Why does City sneakers have that right?
Order number: 21-12505-99881
Iten I’d:156191829157
return I’d: 5281935245
If this is not refunded, please note that I will not use EBay for any purchases in the future. This can’t be the end all. I am stuck with shoes that can’t be used.
I MISSED THE NO RETURN TAB ON THIER SITE….THANK YOU ALL.

Not Fitting is a remorse return and if the seller doesn't accept returns, they can deny the return.

·1 year agoNot all seller’s accept remorse (changed mind, item didn’t fit, don’t like the color) returns.
List the item yourself for sale or donate to charity or gift to someone.

·1 year agoIf you posted the eBay item number from the seller's listing, we could take a look. Or the url to the listing.
If you were more than 30 Days past the delivery date, then the seller can deny the return.

I'm seeing 'No Returns' on that listing, which means the seller has the right to refuse a remorse return. Did you possibly cite 'Doesn't fit' when you opened your claim? If so, that is a remorse reason.
Could you gift them or try to sell them here? Good luck... however it goes.
