seller misreprensention then abusive and harassment
Hello to everyone.
I purchased an item that was misrepresented on eBay. I filed a complaint and provided evidence. eBay sided w/ me and provided a return label. I videoed the packing of the item as I prepared to send it back. It was packed in an excellent manner. The seller has repeatedly harassed me, calling me abusive names and threatening me. I have spoken to an eBay rep about it and filed 2 reports about her behavior. I ask she be blocked from contacting me yet, noting has happened to help me with this apparently troubled seller.
Can anyone advise me about resolving this permanently? Thank you.
