Seller listed item wrong. Not brand advertized
I purchased many containers of
“fasteeth†denture powder on your website. I paid $50 for fast teeth denture powder when I got it it was not fast teeth brand it was fix a dent brand. I’ve been an eBay buyer for 22 years I’m closing my account if y’all don’t make this right seller advertise what he was selling as another product that is fraud

·1 year agoAs others have said. File an item not as described case. You will get a full refund. There is no official " y'all " here. You have to file.

eBay did not sell the item to you; it was sold by an individual seller.

·1 year agoCant' really help you my friend - But, you can truely help yourself. File a RETURN REQUEST - INAD case against this seller. Return the item & get your money back. EBay has these systems in place to help buyers in these situations. I would respectfully suggest not to close your long standing account over one bad buying experience. IMHO Of Course. Good Luck! ·1 year agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
