Seller does not honor reimbursement
The seller doesn't honor his return for items that they sale. Provide excuses or unreasonable offer of $5.00 return. The item was returned to the address provided and they constantly state they didn't receive. I strongly suggest that no one purchase any items from this seller until they make things right with purchasers. SHAME!!!

·3 years agoDid you pay with a credit card? Email the seller again and tell him that you want your 5.00 or you are going to do a "chargeback." With a chargeback, ebay charges the seller an additional 20.oo fee. See if that makes the seller move towards giving you the refund.

·3 years agoAre you requesting a refund by opening a return request? Or are you just messaging the seller?
If it’s the latter that is not how refunds work. Returns, items not received and refunds for buyers
You go to the item in your purchase history, click RETURN THIS ITEM, select the reason for return.
The seller either issues you a return label or if you purchased your own you would need to upload that into the return request. Once the item is delivered the seller has 2 days to issue the refund. If the seller doesn’t issue the refund then you can go back to the return request on day 3 to click ask eBay to step in for your refund.
If you don’t have a request open do so now, upload the tracking number and follow the instructions above it the seller doesn’t issue the refund or respond to the request ask eBay to step in.
