Seller contact info unavailable
I bought an outdoor grill about 10 weeks ago. Now, I am told by the manufacturer that the grill I received has the wrong heat plates! And that because I bought it on Ebay, I must request a replacement from the Ebay seller, not the manufacturer! BUT my purchase history only goes back about 1 month, so I cannot contact the seller! I need to contact the seller! HELP!

·3 years ago@pogieguy75 purchase history goes back 3 years, u need to click on the drop down menu to see each year, but by default, it shows 60 days w/o having to click on the menu
as mentioned, u have up to 30 days to complain about something on eBay. Paypal gives 180 days, credit card disputes vary from card to card.

·3 years agoYou have 30 days of buyer protection on ebay. You get 180 days if you used a credit card. Did you get a feedback from that seller? See if you can locate him that way. Frankly, I just don't see this seller shipping you the heat plates. Goodlluck.
