Seller cancel his account now cant get my money back
Hi,
I purchased a laptop a few days ago, then became suspicious and asked seller for a cancellation. Emailed several times. No response, now sellers page is gone, and when clicking on sellers name, then seller cancel his account. What do I do to get my refund for product not received? Thank you

·1 year agoAre you sure this was a legitimate eBay purchase. I have had similar happen and eBay sent me a refund with notification that the account was closed. The account closed and refund notice was all the same eMail.
Check you order and see it the order details are there.

·1 year agoThe seller can't close their account with an open transaction. eBay closed it for them. Try clicking the I did not receive it button and file a case. If that is not there, what is the expected delivery date? You can file an item not received one day past that. Often you don't have to wait with a removed seller.
If you paid by credit card, hold off on a charge back until eBay has finished the case.
