Window for returning my item from order #14-11003-58573 of Jan 3 . . has closed. BUT . . Seller has agreed to take the return, and instructed me to 'make the request through the ebay portal to start the process.' THE PROBLEM . . . ebay forms don't allow that (since return window has closed). What do I do? Tx in advance! . . .LS
