Scammed on an Apple I-pad
Summary: darren3213 shared their frustration about purchasing an iPad from a vendor, which was faulty from the start. Despite attempts to resolve the issue within the warranty period, they felt misled and exhausted by the complex process, leaving them with a useless product. momtoabeautifuldaughter suggested possibly seeking help through the payment source as a potential solution.
I bought an apple I-pad on here for $176. From the day I bought it, it never worked right. Without going on and on and on, because I could, They told me to try several things. I tried them, and it worked long enough sort of to get out of the 30 day window so I could return it. Then not to worry, it is covered by All-state insurance! They wore me out and put me in loop after loop, until I have now given up. I feel totally scammed. Though I didn't pay that much for it, I now have spent probably 20 hours total trying to jump through hoops to get this handled, and all i have to show for it is a plastic and glass component paper weight. It's still not technically out of warranty, but I am worn out by the rig a moroll they put me through. Is there any ideas of ways I can get resolution to this situation?
