Rip Off
I will never shop eBay again. I am out 200.00 plus with no product and eBay did not work or investigate my issues with a vendor. My problem was handled mechanically with no interest for the customer. Do not buy from anyone on eBay. If there is a problem, eBay will side with the vendor. I have mentioned this to everyone I know, and I hope they will not shop with eBay. eBay is now considered by me a scam in my books. Good luck getting money from me.

I've never met you - do you think it would be fair if I accused you of things as well?

Please answer the following:
1) When is the last estimated delivery date for your missing order?
2) Did you get anything at all from the seller, even if it was the wrong item?
3) Did the tracking number show it was delivered?
4) Did you open a return for an item you received?
5) Did you file an Item Not Received Claim? If so, did the seller respond? If the seller did not respond, did you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in?
6) Have you attempted to file a claim with your method of payment?
Some of those questions may not apply to your situation, but we need help from you to know exactly what happened. So, please, lay the frustration to the side. When you are frustrated, you will make mistakes which is likely what's happened here. It may be fixable, but you need to give us some details first.

OP4 months agoAgain, you have failed to understand. There was no tracking number.
There was no delivery, not even the wrong item was delivered. Yes, I filed a claim.
Their response, the problem was with my bank.
Yet there was no issues with my bank.
No item and yet I paid over 200.00 dollars.
Understand, no item delivered. No item with a tracking number and no delivery date.
Just straight out ripped me off.
Order 10-14574-61833 total loss of 207.83
Again, not even a tracking number.
What kind of scam are you guys running?

·4 months agoThe scenario you are describing is an unlikely sequence of events. You simply needed to go to your purchase history, select "Item Not Received" and the vendor (seller) would have to provide "proof" of delivery. Since there is no tracking, no delivery, the automated system would have refunded your money.
What "claim" did you make to be so rudely denied?

Nobody here is from eBay. Since we don’t know what might have happened to your order … or why you didn’t get refunded by eBay … I can only recommend that you contact your credit card company (if you used a credit card to pay for your order) and request a chargeback. Good luck!
