Returns that come broken
I sold one of those paintable houses. The person bought three of them and I shipped them together. She realized that one wasn't the size she wanted and requested a return only because of the size (She was a newbie buyer). I said yes to the return. I just got it back and it has two bad cracks on two of the corners. I cannot resell this piece now as it is garbage (It sold for $61) Ebay said I had to return 50% of the money. Is this right? Thanks for your help.

·7 months agoSince you don't offer 30 day returns, I don't think you can deduct any from the refund.

I can't see that you can refund less than the full amount. There IS a seller protection for TRS (such as yourself), where an amount can be deducted, but that is for listings with 30-Day Returns and I only see 14-Day on yours. If that is the case, I'd revisit my Return policy for such instances in the future.
