·3 years agoI had the same problem. Very aggravating! After trying several times and several ways I simply tried this:
Once you download your photo and the "confirm returns" tab is still gray, just click on your downloaded photo and the confirm returns tab should be live for you to submit.

OP3 years agoI give up spent too much time on this property purchased still can't get photo to do what is required purchase was only around 6Euro's I think will just send items back to seller, & see what he does if anything don't see the need for photo's as I have supplied his order # details, I have supplied e-bays order # so everyone concerned has order # thus photo's of item in question. As the buyer I am not satisfied, and if no refund or replacement as the buyer I have the right not to make further purchases from the seller so yes I will loose ^euro's but seller will loose a lot more in sales. Again I do notsee point in photo's when photo's are provided buy seller when submitting order to -bay and e=bay places item on e-bay page to sell.

Hover over one of the listing's photos, Right-click and 'Save image as'. Then, use the photo icon to add the photo that you saved to your computer. Good luck.

OP3 years agoUnable to take photo's, don't know how to is simple answer, but also don;t think photo will show creases as shiny gum surface

You can upload images from the listing. Do you know how to hover over an image, right click and 'Save' it to your computer? If so, do that and upload the seller's images... you don't need to take your own photos. Good luck.
Edit to add: The photos don't have to show the 'creases'. Just use photos from the listing. Trust me.

Sorry for the delay in responding, in part yes I did know the right click on photo's of displays but didn't realise that this was wanted/needed; I was under the impression that what was wanted was picture of the reason for return i.e. in this case creases, or perhaps if an item was broken then showing the 2 halves: so thank you this has been helpful.
