Item was damaged in transit. Buyer wants to return how do I go about this. I think it can be fixed so do I ask buyer to return item. Who is responsible for the shipping fees?

So who is responsible for the return shipping?

·3 years agoThe seller is always responsible for return shipping on any damaged item received by the buyer or any other Item Not As Described type return reason filed by a buyer.

·3 years agoThe buyer would need to start a return for not as described, you as the seller would be paying return shipping.
