Returns
I recently purchased an item that I specifically asked if it was a small and was told it was a slim so I did a by it now understanding that the. Seller said no returns but it was guaranteed by ebay. It was definitely not a slim and actually a large and when I tried to return it. It was declined by ebay and the dispute closed all within a couple hours... Do I have any recourse to return the item or to get my money back?

·3 years agoFirst off, words like slim or large don't have any real meaning. The actual measured size would have to be stated. Next since there were questions about the item, why buy from a seller that does not take returns.
At this point if you paid by credit card, contact your card company. If not, the payment service you used.

Did you follow up on that case four days after opening it?
Can we see the item # please?
