I need to return a damaged item for a refund. I go to return item in the automated system It wants a photo of damaged item. I do not know how to take or send photo. The system will not let me get passed this part without a photo. Is there anyway to talk to someone at ebay help center ? Is there a way to get past sending photo?

You will need to find someone with a mobile phone who can take a photo(s) of the damaged item and upload to the case.

I suppose if you don't have a camera you could copy and paste a photo from the listing. Not the best way however but, they don't give any rules about it either.
