Returns
I’ve purchase $ thousands of items since becoming a member. I ordered an inexpensive (thankfully) shirt. The description of the shirt and photos did not match what I ordered. I set up a claim and attached pictures describing the issue with the description. This is the 1st purchase I ever returned.
I received an addressed label to return the item. There is no shipping cost to return.
However, the packing slip identifies the request for refund of only the purchase price of the item. WHY is the Seller not required to refund the initial shipping cost???? The description of the item was not accurate. The photos were not accurate. The buyer (me) is out the cost of shipping. WHY?
