In order for anyone here to help you we'd need more details; such as did you open a return request within ebay's 30 day window from the date of delivery. Are you asking for a refund because you didin't like the item or it didin't fit? These and a few more questions would have to answered before any forum members can determine where the problem is.

·5 months agoWhen you ask a question here, you are posting to a very large group of fellow buyers and sellers, not eBay employees; therefore, we don't have access to any of your account information, so it's important to give all the relevant information regarding your problem.
Are you saying that you opened an item not as described case? If so, after opening the case, you needed to return to the case after 3 days if you had no response from the seller. If that didn't happen, eBay would've automatically closed the case.
So, feel free to return and tell us exactly what happened.
