Returns
received a Kindle from the seller. it was black listed. couldn't use the Kindle. previous owner reported stolen. that's was blacklisted means. contacted a seller who gave me a return slip. I didn't know there was a time period to return it. apparently returned it too late, and now eBay nor seller will refund money, so I left bad reviews all over eBay. I will never buy a thing from eBay because it's clear they don't care about their customers

·6 months agoYou are absolutely right that eBay does not care about its customers. They don’t care about sellers, either. And I don’t blame them. I’ve had some nice success here – sold a lot of stuff, made plenty of money. But I don’t care about eBay. That’s the deal we have – I use them, they use me. That’s the same deal that they have with buyers on eBay, of which I’m also one.
Regardless, I can see how some of it is confusing, or you lose track of time, etc. eBay is pretty rigid about this stuff – you had a certain number of days to request a return, a certain number of days to ship it back after that return approval. At this point, you should check with your credit card or the funding source like PayPal about a charge back.

·6 months agoSo you waited until AFTER the return period closed (30 days) and are blaming ebay for this one?
You could file a chargeback with your credit card. Or if you prefer, just keep leaving bad reviews and hope something magically happens.

·6 months agoIt's not eBay or the seller's fault that you didn't return it in time (and didn't even know, despite it being very clear during the return process).
You may still have success with a chargeback/dispute through your credit card issuer.
