returns
So I had a return for item not as described. when I got it it was obvious that the package had never been opened. it was in the original poly mailer with no evidence that it was opened in anyway. I dont mind returns but I want to know does not as described hurt my seller ratings and if so how do I refute this return.

You got your item back and ostensibly it is in the same condition it was when it was sent.
You are exceedingly fortunate.

·6 months agoIf you refute the return then it will hurt your seller ratings. What you need to do unfortunately is issue a refund to the buyer and put the item back up for sale as opened. Stuff like this happens in business where someone purchases an item then opens it up followed by a return. It's a risk you take selling sealed items.
