OP2 years agoI was not able to request a postage return slip as when I filled in the return and uploaded a photo the send button was greyed out? but thanks for your help and suggestions.

In the field where you are entering text to explain why you are returning the product, break it into 2 lines with a carriage return. Like this example:
Item was broken when received.
The box was crushed.
