What was the reason for the return?

If the buyer claimed it was "not as described," you don't have an option. You must issue a full refund.

You don't have a return policy so you can't deduct anything, even if it's a remorse return.

The best you can do is report the buyer.

If you offered 30 day returns, you could deduct some from the refund.
