Returning a whole load of rubbish
I received my items today, they weren't as described and broken, I requested a return but the seller declined it and the case is now closed, I pressed the wrong option for return, I did see not see an option for not as described, but I did put the reasons why in the message box, I have now been told there is nothing I can do, please tell me there is, thank you

·3 years agoYes, if you make the wrong choice, your return will fail. If you paid by credit card, contact your card company. If not, see if the payment service you used can help.
