Technically, @vnative56jr ebay requires the attachment of an image. It could be an image of text describing the problem, it could be a hand-drawn image on paper you take a photo of with your camera/phone or it could be a blank white 1x1 pixel image downloaded from the internet.
Get something attached to that return request before you lose the chance. Even a Windows 3.11 computer from the 90s has lots of images you could select for this purpose, and includes the app 'Paint' for you to make your own if you wish.
If eBay is not watching your return, eBay cannot force your seller @vnative56jr to refund. So if you just mailed the iPuntz back on your own without starting a return request
-- go back and click RETURN THIS ITEM
-- to start a return request for ARRIVED DAMAGED*.
Then leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook (or open an account to contact eBay) and give eBay your registered return tracking number, to get your refund.
*Your seller has a bad history with SIM readers, e,g.:
Phone has a problem after inserting the Sim it keeps giving error
I don't understand here, like a phone with a bad board and it didn't detect the sim, the seller never responded

It sounds like you didn't return through the order. Had you opened a return request, it would have asked for the photo before you received a return shipping label.
Did you take it upon yourself to just return the item without going through the proper procedure?

·3 years agoA bit confused... I don't see that you've sold one. Do you need to Return one?
ETA: I just saw your feedback left for the phone. So... did you return it through an eBay MBG Return?
