Returned item is delivered, ebay app doesn't save number, seller pretends

So. I have started return and seller accepted. I shipped via DPD service which is not on drop down options when you need to save shipping number. I selected other, enter data, saved and it doesn't save it. It keeps sending me into screen where I need to input shipping data. I contacted seller send him screenshot of DPD where it has whole route including where it says was delivered. Also pi cute of package I took with label before I shipped. He still says: We didnt receive. What can I do?

Stop talking to the seller.

Instead @lakigman leave a private message at this page to give eBay your DPD tracking. Then ask for an escalation to get your refund.

Ebay only accepts certain shippers trcking information.

DPD is not on the list.

Your choice of carrier could have stated delivered earlier than it really was delivered.
