Return USB diagnostic for Webasto Thermo Test and Eberspacher edith
Purchased Item which didn't perform functions advertised from Diageu.
Lots of messages and attempts to rectify problems but unfortunately unsuccessful.
Requested seller should provide details via E-Bay Messages but response was only to suggest other possible solutions. Even provided a second device which performed exactly as original.
Unfortunately this saga has gone beyond 30 Day money back guarantee period and seller is not responding to messages.
Item is not shown on my list of purchases.
Have not yet contacted Pay Pal as this was my preferred method.
I would be grateful for any help or assistance.

·3 years agoIf it's past 30 days since you received it eBay can't help.
Go to paypal.com/disputes/ and file a case there. You will be required to return it and on PayPal the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

As mentioned delay past 30 days was result compounded by sellers unsuccessful attempt to resolve problem.

·3 years agoUnfortunately, YOU didn't follow the proper method of handling the situation.
There is no need to contact seller or send messages, you simply open a return within 30 days like the majority of retail sites. If the seller doesn't take care of it within 3 days, you ask eBay to step in and handle it for you.
