return tracking info not changed 10 days after mailing package | Returns | eBay Community

return tracking info not changed 10 days after mailing package

I printed an Ebay return postage label and dropped the package off at the post office 10 days ago. return details still shows a print label button and ship by deadline in 4 days. USPS said that their records indicate that the package is in transit. How do I attach this information to my case to show item has been shipped?
