Return shipping label refund?

Shipped an item. Buyer said it was defective. I clicked through to print a return shipping label. They never used it. Never sent the item back. Case was closed in my favor.

What happens now? I can't see any detail as to what I paid for the shipping label, whether it's in limbo, refunded or what. How does it work?

That's good news, your customer didn't want to bother to return the item. You will not be charged for "return postage" because customer never used the label.

if you provided a return label through ebay you will not be charged until it is used
