I am assuming you opened up a return request. When you do that, if it is an Item Not As Described return or the seller offers free returns, it gives the seller the option to send a shipping label, issue a refund without requiring the buyer to return the item, or confirm that a shipping label has already been sent.
If the seller selected to issue you a refund, there won't be a shipping label because the seller does not expect you to return the item.

·1 year agoWhen seller refunds then the option to print a shipping label goes away.
You literally have no way to get the label now, the seller messed up if they wanted it back.

If you are saying you started a return and the seller refunded you then there is no need to return.

OP1 year agoOkay, thank you. Seller keeps insisting that I can access a return label she sent. It is no where in sight. Only says case is closed now and refunded.
You are correct. Case closes, return label is no longer accessible.
