Return requested because order was placed by mistake
Buyer just opened a Return for a very expensive item and the reason for the return is ''Ordered by mistake''. He claims it was an incorrect purchase. I have been given the option to the decline the return and I wanted to know If I can get in trouble for not accepting his return request. I also have a no returns policy on all of my items. Thank you in advance any advice is welcome! new seller 🙂

·2 years agoYou don't have to but buyer can do a charge back and keep the item and their money.
Dropshipping from Amazon is a big no no...........you can be banned from eBay for it

·2 years agoDropshipping from Amazon is not allowed and can get you suspended.
No, you don't have to accept the return.
If you don't, the buyer can do a chargeback with their credit card, get their money back and keep the item.
