return request
I purchased a radio and found it to be defective. I contacted the seller they asked that I request a return and they would accept it,,though the seller has no returns on his items,,,though shows a 90 day warranty.
Im unable to open a return request due to this,,,and Im unable to talk with an agent because I have not opened a return request. Its a catch 22,,,,,and the seller says if I tell Ebay the item didnt work,,,they would open the request and he would accept it,,,,,,,,,the site wont let me, now what?

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
