Return refund process not working? Anyone else seeing this?
We received a return yesterday. (eBay did not show it as having been returned until today for some reason, but I digress...) I went to the return case once eBay showed it as being returned. But there is no link issue a refund, which would normally be an option. Easy peasy, right? No such luck...
So I tried to go to the Order Details and select the Issue Refund option there, but when I do, eBay tells me I cannot refund it because a return is open?? Yes, I'm aware eBay. And it has now been returned, and you show this as being the case. So why no option to refund????
I'm sure the buyer would appreciate a speedy refund, and I am wanting to accommodate, but I can't...

·6 months agoWhat do you see when you go to the return details? For comparison, here is the one open return I can view, and the Refund buyer button is on the right and not highlighted, but is available (I'm not certain if that changes once it's been marked as received):

OP6 months agoThe problem resolved after about an hour. Not sure if it was a bug or if parts of their return system just take time to catch up with the delivered status...
