Return processing issue
Hello, A customer wants to return an item and I accepted but instead of sending an issue label it is only offering me an option to issue a refund. How do i get around this obstacle because the customer is waiting and the robot is emailing me telling me I need to do something.
Thank you

OP5 months agoOkay thank you. Then why am i getting emails saying:
You accepted a return for this item.
Your next step is to send a return shipping label to docsusan by Mar 23. See the return details to buy a label from eBay at a discounted rate.
And the only alternative presented is to click on a button to issue a full or partial refund?
If I go to order to check status it says:
The buyer has until Apr 7 to ship the item back. If you choose to refund the buyer now, then the return will close and you shouldn't expect to receive the item.
If the buyer doesn't ship the item back by Apr 7, we may close the return automatically and you will not be required to refund the buyer.

·5 months agoIgnore that email, as your buyer already has their return label.
They still have 10 business days
-- to get that return label mailed and scanned
-- which only shows that their return is on its way back to you.

OP5 months agoThank you. Yes, late yesterday the buyer replied to me saying they received ability to print a label. So at least I had not failed to get that through.
