Return policy question
Hi there
I just started to sell again after a year and a half break. I started to list a few items recently and chose to not accept return But then I posted a small boat part that was new in a package and ebay would not let me post until i changed my return policy so i did-- no big deal- ill just do 30 day returns from now on. BUT after going to the business policy tab changing the settings double checking everything was correct--its still not updating any listing i post it still says i dont do returns!
it shows in the section you change the settings it was done correctly and i now have a 30 day return policy
BUT again the old policy of no returns still shows up and wont let me delete it it just says an error occurred?
when i go to post another new item it still pops up the warning i need to change my return policy and wont let me finish posting the item--it is all a never ending loop--help please thanks! i did already make a sale on a used item so that was encouraging at least lol!
