RETURN POLICY
As a New seller I would like to know if there is a way to set up a no return policy or return only if items is damaged or not as described on Ebay. I have only been here for a couple of months so trying to learn the systems. I have had 2 returns; both stating item didn't fit. I make sure the sizing is correct with photos showing the size and even size charts from the manufacturer when available. Any insights on how to change settings if possible would be greatly appreciated.

·4 months agoJust state no returns in your listings. However, the buyer will always be entitled to return regardless if the item is "not as described" or damaged in accordance with the 30 day MBG. No return policy only means no remorse returns.

My best advice for a new seller is to become extremely familiar with eBay's money back guarantee before selling anything else on eBay to make sure this is the right place for you to sell items on as their are risks involved.
Buyers on ebay will be able to get a 100 percent refund from you for up to 30 days upon receipt of their item regardless of what your return policy states . This money back guarantee triumph any return policy you might have .
