return payments from eBay
Has anyone tried to sue eBay when they take money from a seller and it gets put in a gift account? I was given a credit and want the money I paid for it returned back to my credit card and eBay refused to return the money but instead keeps in in an gift account. I was told if I purchase any thing and use my money in that gift card account and I don't like it I will not get the money back to my credit card but will be returned back to the gift card. Should I contact capital one and file a claim, or better business bureau (BBB). and /or attorney? If you know any attorney who has had clients or wants to start a class action law suit let me know.
