·1 year agoIf this is the item you left the negative feedback for you are past the 30 days for the MBG.
Please read the MBG for next time.
You will need to file a CC chargeback to get refunded at this point.
FYI - Any seller with a 93% FB rating should be avoided.
The FB for this seller is awful and just reading the 1st three should make most buyers move on to another seller.

Is it the item you recently left a neg for the seller on?
If so, that purchase was on November 27 so you're past the return period for not as described.

·1 year agoI thought the time limit for opening an item not as described case was 30 days after the DELIVERY of the item, not 30 days after the purchase. Was I wrong?

·1 year agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Did you open an actual return request using the Money back and if so, which one did you open?
or did you just contact the seller asking to return the item?
Has it been less than 30 days since receiving the item?

·1 year agoIf you've opened a NAD Return request and have not received a return shipping label, go back to the claim after 3 days and have eBay step in. You might just get a refund immediately. Good luck.
