Return of "NEW " computer
The keyboard was out of the cardboard box it was to come in. The cords were all unwrapped. The computer itself was out of the plastic wrap, which was just thrown in the box. This Item should not be classified as NEW, as someone was in the box before it was shipped. I don't know if it was a used, or a display model. I don't know if it has malware on it, or other things, that could be a problem for me. I have tried to contact seller without success. I've contacted credit card company to dispute payment. Seems ebay couldn't care less.

·2 years agoIt’s frustrating to expect one thing and get something else. Now that you’ve contacted your cc company it’s too late to file a claim through eBay. But before that you should have been able to open a return for an item not as described by going to your purchase history. The seller would have had to pay for return shipping.
