Hi @grandmasflowerbasket-4 . Can you clarify "not what I expected it to be" - because there's a difference between an item that was advertised correctly but you expected something different, and a listing that had wrong info in the advertisement.
It's important to choose the correct reason when filing the return.
If the item was advertised correctly then you'd choose a reason like "changed my mind" or "just didn't like it," as opposed to the seller having wrong info in the ad (like the ad said 5" and they shipped something 10") where you'd select "item doesn't match the description."
That said, here are instructions for filing a return request:
If you're looking to open a Return request, find the item in your Purchase History and tick on the big, blue 'Return this item' button, cite the reason for your request, Confirm and Submit. If you don't have a return shipping label (or a refund) after 3 full days, go back to the claim and escalate it to eBay. You'll be made whole. Good luck.
