"Hi there. I bought an auto part that had the wrong description. I tried to return it using the shipping label provided, but USPS couldn't deliver it. I noticed that the return address on the label is missing some information. "Filed a claim, call credit car, but unfortunately can find a contact number on Ebay.com

If you got your credit card involved, Ebay will no longer be any help, so won't do any good to contact them.

·5 months agoOnce you invoke your credit car @geokal-39 eBay will close your return case already in progress.
That's because it looks like you're trying to get two refunds. Now you have to continue to drive your credit car, to get your your refund somewhere over the hill and down the road.

·5 months ago@geokal-39 Did USPS give a reason why it could not be delivered? The return address would be your address. Are you saying your address did not have correct information and the package could not be returned to you either? Please come back and clear up the confusion so someone can try to help you.
There is no phone number to call eBay. You have to have them call you. I don't know that eBay can help you but if you can provide some clear details, we can steer you in the right direction. Thanks.

On a standard eBay return shipping label:
The "To" Address: This is the seller's address (where the item is being sent back).
The "From/Return" Address: This is your address (the buyer).
