What link are you using? How far do you get? Is there an error message?
Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History, and use the link there to print the label.
If the print preview appears blank, try another browser, or else try saving the label as a PDF and then opening the file using a PDF reader to print the label.
