return label not issued
Returning 2 phones that were incompatible to my network. Seller has aggreged to refund, but for some reason it taking ebay serval days to
send a Return Label. Seller has already done his part. Going to be out of town in few days. In the past it has always been an instant process .
Don't know how to get in touch with ebay to question them about this. Any thoughts. Thanks

Did you open an official 'return'?
If so, what reason did you use?
If so, did seller 'approve' the return in the system (emails/messages back and forth do NOT count)
Does the listings show seller 'takes returns'?

OP3 weeks agoSeller didn't take returns but aggreged to take back, and said he had ok it with ebay.
ebay said return lable by Sep 15th. but I always got lables in past instantly. So I was a little worried. Worse case ebay is suppose to guarantee it. Thanks for the info
