Return Label

My customer is not happy with the item she received and wants to return it. I would like to pay for the return label. How do I go about doing this

When your buyer opens a Return request, approve it... that will automatically make a return shipping label available for the buyer to use, and it will be at your cost. Good luck.

Just to add to this, it will be "at your cost" if the buyer selects "Doesn't match photos or description" in the reason for the return.
