Return item that I cancelled the return on
I started a return then canceled it thinking I could ask ebay for help. I cannot connect with ebay and now I cannot start a return on the item.

OP2 years agoI started a return. The postage would be a waste of money All I want is another Pump. The one I have does not make the pressure required. It is a non-repairable pump so returning it is a waste of money. I will return if required but cannot reinstate return. Contacted seller he doesn't seem to want to help. I have ordered another pump now. I also would like my money refunded for the two year warranty I purchased on July 17, 2024 also.

Color me confused... what help could eBay have provided that the Return wouldn't have accomplished?

We have only one chance to open a return request. If you are within 30 days of buying the item ... you can open a claim with PayPal. Otherwise you can phone your credit card company and see what you need to do to get a refund. You most likely will have to pay the return shipping.
Have you contacted the seller yet about the return?

·2 years agoSorry, once you closed the return, you can't start another one.
If you don't want to pay to return it, sell it.
