return item purchased as guest

My husband purchased an item as a guest. Item doen't work. We want to return it and have received word from seller to start return process. Problem is we can't figure out how to. No place on original e-mail confirmation to start process. Anyone know how to start.

Do you see the "View order details" link in that email -

How to open a return request

Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.

As far as I know, everything we need to begin a return request is in the confirmation email we receive whenever we purchase an item as a guest.
