Return item marked as delivered in another country – not received
Hello fellow sellers,
I'm located in Ukraine and a buyer from Germany recently returned an item using GLS.
The tracking number shows the parcel was delivered – but not to me. It was received by someone named Kumz in Germany.
I never got the package, and now I’m concerned the buyer might expect a refund.
Has anyone experienced a situation where a return was marked as delivered to the wrong person or country?
How did you handle it with eBay and the shipping carrier?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
