Return item in description states as-is
on the page it states does not accept returns. In the Description it states
It was Functional when The company closed down 3 years ago. I do not have a way to test this ... it is being sold AS-IS which is why the low starting price...
Item is not returnable for refund again it is purchased as is !!!
What recourse do I have

·1 year agoYou can issue a paid return label and refund in full when you receive it back. Or, you can just give a full refund and let the buyer keep it for free. If a case is filed and you choose neither, eBay will choose the latter for you and ding you for poor customer service.
There is no such thing as no returns selling in this venue.

·1 year agoEverything sold is "as is" described. But you are trying to convey because it was working 3 yrs ago you won't take a return on it.
You should know what you say about being as is meaningless. If it doesn't work you will be refunding.

Your As Is and Not Returnable doesn't mean anything if the buyer says it's defective.
Accept the return and provide a shipping label, if you want it returned before refunding.
If you don't want it returned, just refund and let them keep it.
