return item I purchased
trying to return item i purchased 2 weeks ago. My ebay purchases, click on the item to start the return, to more actions, to return this item(item defective)and when I go to continue I can not activate that option

·6 months agoYou need to include a photo of some type along with a typed description. I’ve seen some recommendations that you should input two lines of text in the text box, though that’s an area I don’t have personal experience in.
