Return item
I had a customer buy an item and then wanted to return it. Bought on Dec 16th. He was refunded the money and he has still not returned the item and it has been in excess of 30 days when this return was initiated. Do I have any recourse?

·8 months agoYou say he was refunded. He probably cannot access any return shipping label you may have issued through the return request, since issuing a refund closes the case.
You can reach out and offer to send a return label through eBay messages.

·8 months agoI had such one like this...my only return...I gave in and refunded buyer on a remorse return after 30 days and never receiving item back(and no tracking).
Buyer claims they were returning it...nothing...nada.
And claim was still opened...I refunded so I would not get a 'ding' for eBay stepping in.
Not much you can do except block buyer.

·8 months agoHow about better details? Did the buyer open an item not as described case? Did you send the buyer a prepaid return shipping label? You, the seller, are not expected to refund the buyer in this case until/unless you receive the returned item back. Did you perhaps neglect to send the return label? Or did you just ignore the case?
Unless/until you let loose of a few details, sadly, we're not able to offer much in the way of helpful information.
