·2 years agoIs this your eBay shipping return label or are they using postage on their own with tracking?
And can you not see tracking of any sorts of movement of item?
If it's an inexpensive item...I would think carefully about this.
I would hate for you to get a "ding" by eBay for not giving a refund at stated time on a cheapie item.

OP2 years agoE-bay sent the shipping label and it is an expensive item. I contacted the buyer and he has filed something with his post office as he was aware that I had not received it. I have a tracking number and know the item is sitting in a distribution center as I. also checked with my post office to make sure they hadn’t received it

·2 years agoeBay says should now be delivered because eBay doesn't have any tracking showing you received the return.
The item should now be delivered and once you've received it, please issue the buyer with a refund by Apr 11, 2024.
That's an automatic message @scavenger42 so just ignore it, and wait for the case to automatically close without a refund.
