Hi,I really need help â€” this situation has become stressful and exhausting. I bought a used Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner described as fully functional, but when it arrived, the main anti-tangle motorized brush had a broken wheel and was clearly previously repaired â€” none of this was mentioned in the listing. Because of the damage, the brush head wobbles and doesnâ€™t function properly.I contacted the seller right away and was polite the entire time. At first, he said heâ€™d send a replacement, then admitted he hadnâ€™t. He offered me â‚¬20 privately, later â‚¬30 through the eBay return process, but I declined â€” the part alone costs about â‚¬100, and the item wasnâ€™t as described. I reluctantly opened a return case (even though his listing says â€œno returns acceptedâ€), only because I was advised to. But I do not want to return the vacuum. Iâ€™ve said this from the beginning â€” I just wanted a partial refund. Now Iâ€™m stuck: the seller only entered a return address, but did not provide a return shipping label, and the case says itâ€™s my turn to act. Iâ€™m not going to pay for return shipping internationally, and Iâ€™m not comfortable sending the item back. Iâ€™ve uploaded photos of the damage and the entire conversation with the seller into the case.Itâ€™s been well over a week â€” there is still no â€œAsk eBay to step inâ€ option, and no way to reach support. Iâ€™m so tired of this that Iâ€™ve seriously considered just dropping everything and losing the money, which doesnâ€™t seem fair.I just want to keep the vacuum and move on with my life, but I also donâ€™t want to be punished for following the rules and trying to resolve things through the proper channels.
